Why is this survey important?

As an employee, you are being invited to participate in the survey. Your participation is important and you are strongly encouraged to participate so that your voice and views are included in the planning effort.

Is this confidential?

Yes. All information will be collected anonymously through a web-based survey. No individual identifiers are requested and no information will be shared that could be identifiable to an individual. Temple University will maintain strict confidentiality of all survey responses.

How will this data be used?

Information will be used to assess the overall views of employees. An independent report outlining recommendations for change will be issued as part of the strategic plan.

The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The survey consists of 11 different sections and includes multiple questions in each section. Please answer all questions. Select only one response per question.

Importantly, following each section is a space to include comments. Comments are extremely important for us to understand your views. Please take the time to offer suggestions for improvement or to identify situations that have been a strength or barrier.
