Development Specialist

Clinical Outcomes Group, Inc. (COGI), Pottsville, PA is seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Drug and Alcohol Supervisor
Candidates should possess a Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; and a CAC or Licensure. The candidate will oversee day to day supervisory operations of an outpatient program and maintain a small counseling caseload.

2. F/T and P/T Drug and Alcohol Counselors
Candidates should possess a Masters Degree or a CAC or Licensure. Counselors will provide individual, group, and family counseling services in an outpatient setting.

3. Psychiatrist
The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing consultations and reviewing treatment plans. This position would be on a fee for service basis.

Prospect Research Manager

The Museum seeks an experienced development professional to lead the prospect research program. As part of the Development Administration team, the Manager will collaborate with the Prospect Researcher and senior members of the Individual and Institutional Giving staff to craft strategy and implement plans with regard to prospect identification, qualification, assignment and solicitation across the areas of individual, corporate and foundation giving. This position is a hands-on researcher who is also a technological leader that will build the department´s capabilities to effectively utilize research resources and tools to support the Museum´s goals and priorities and increase philanthropic support.

Qualified candidates will posses a minimum of 5 years experience conducting prospect research and performing data analysis as well as have direct supervisory experience. Strong computer skills with proficiency using research tools and Target Analytics software, Raiser´s Edge or other similar fundraising databases required. Candidates should be detail and process oriented, diplomatic, collaborative and committed to professional ethics.

HIV/ STD/ Hepatitis C CTRS Coordinator

COLOURS, a program of the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition (GPUAC) is currently looking for an individual to fill the position of HIV/ STD/ Hepatitis C Counseling, Testing and Referral Services (CTRS) Coordinator. COLOURS is a culturally competent human/ social service program committed to the sexual and gender minority communities of color. The program´s expertise in the area of gay, bisexual and transgender issues, HIV/ AIDS prevention services, community organizing/ building, advocacy and cultural competence has been recognized by various health, human/ social service and educational organizations/ institutions around the country.

Position Summary: ensure that proper procedures/ protocols are coordinated, established and maintained with collaborating Counseling, Testing and Referral/ Partner Counseling and Referral Services and ensure those newly diagnosed are linked to primary care, substance abuse treatment and other behavioral health services.
